Our logo - the Koru - is an integral part in Māori art, carving and tattooing.
It symbolises new life, growth, strength and peace.
"the dry rub barbecue ribs, which are ace, a beautifully dry, crusted surface with a relatively unobtrusive residual chilli heat" - Joanna Blythman (The Herald)
Our specialties such as brisket and ribs are sourced from local suppliers to be smoked and cooked in-house for over 12 hours, after being coated in our signature Kai seasoning!
Here at Kai our aim is to provide great tasting food served with a smile - hopefully embedding ourselves in the community of Inverclyde.
We aren't hiring right now, but If you are interested in joining the Kai family - send a CV and a little bit about yourself to the email: kaismokehouse@gmail.com
